Return and Refund Policy

At UKSHI.COM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we have set clear guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including tags, labels, and accessories).

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Do not return items directly to the manufacturer; all returns must go through UKSHI.COM.

If your item was marked as “Free Returns”, you will not be charged for return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping costs are your responsibility.


2. Non-Returnable Products

Certain items cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene, safety, or regulation. The following categories are non-returnable:

Household & Cleaning

Air fresheners, cleaning gels, detergents, fabric wash, stain removers, lubricants, oils, polishes, wax.

Bath & Spa

Bath salts, body wash, soaps, scrubs, shampoos, loofahs, bath sponges.

Computer & Mobile Accessories

Blank/educational media, CDs, DVDs, music, movies, software, ink toners, screen guards, graphic cards, processors, motherboards, internal hard drives, RAM.

Fashion

Shapewear, socks, stockings, swimsuits, promotional/free clothing items.

Health & Hygiene

Antiseptics, bandages, eye drops, pain relief, medical kits, gloves, pH strips, contact lenses, menstrual products, shaving products, smoking patches, tissues, toilet rolls, sweat pads, intimate care products.

Innerwear

Briefs, boxers, bras, panties, lingerie sets, vests, trunks, garters.

Personal Care

Cosmetics, makeup, skincare, deodorants, perfumes, fragrances, creams, conditioners, serums, oils, henna, oral hygiene products, nail care, sanitizers, wigs, tattoos, sunscreens, toners, lotions, fairness products.


3. Partial Refunds (When Applicable)

In some cases, only partial refunds may be approved:

  • Books showing obvious signs of use.

  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, games, cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened.

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not caused by UKSHI).

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery.


4. Refund Process

  1. Return Inspection – Once your return is received, we will inspect the item.

  2. Email Notification – You will be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  3. Refund Approval – If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method (credit/debit card, bank transfer, wallet, etc.).

  4. Processing Time – Refunds may take a few business days depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time to officially post).

  3. Contact your bank (refunds can take a few business days).

If you still haven’t received your refund, please email us at info@ukshi.com with your order number and return details.


6. Sale Items

  • Regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.


7. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available only for defective, faulty, or damaged products.

  • To request an exchange, email info@ukshi.com with your order details and reason for exchange.

  • Ship the product to:
    Delhi Office, India

  • If the exact item is unavailable, you may be offered a replacement product or store credit.


8. Gifts

  • If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • If the gift was not marked as such, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


9. Return Shipping

  • All returns must be shipped to:
    Delhi, India

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs (unless the item qualifies for “Free Returns”).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted (when applicable).

  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. UKSHI.COM is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
